1. Our policy

SonnetClip is a tool. Users choose what to analyze and what to publish, and they are responsible for having the necessary rights. We respect the rights of content owners and respond to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content processed or published through SonnetClip infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@sonnetclip.com including: your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, a statement of your good faith belief, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the responsible user.

3. Counter notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to support@sonnetclip.com with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief in the error, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. If the original claimant does not file a court action within fourteen business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated. We track notices per account and apply this policy consistently.

5. Designated agent

Our designated copyright agent can be reached at support@sonnetclip.com. The designated agent registration with the United States Copyright Office is maintained as required by 17 U.S.C. 512.
